The Children’s March for the Future is an event organized by S.A.O (Student Activism Organization) that I am very proud to be a part of. We are working on planning a march that will stand up for various minority groups (immigrants, African Americans and people in the LGBTQ+ community, just to name a few).
We were inspired by the Women’s March On Washington and wanted to raise awareness the same way, while at the same time empowering other young people to speak out for what is right and to let their voices be heard.
If you want to learn more about the march, please visit our website, follow us on Twitter (@march4thefuture), Instagram (@childrensmarchchicago) or Facebook (@march4thefuture).
